छत्तीसगढ़ में नई कॉलोनियों में सौर ऊर्जा व्यवस्था अनिवार्य

छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार ने प्रदेश में दो हेक्टेयर से अधिक रकबे में विकसित होने वाली कॉलोनियों में सोलर स्ट्रीट लाइट की व्यवस्था अनिवार्य कर दी है।
आधिकारिक सूत्रों के अनुसार छत्तीसगढ़ में सौर ऊर्जा प्रणाली को लोकप्रिय बनाने के उद्देश्य से राज्य सरकार ने दो हेक्टेयर से अधिक रकबे में विकसित होने वाली कॉलोनियों में अब सोलर स्ट्रीट लाईट की व्यवस्था अनिवार्य कर दी है। ऐसी कॉलोनियों में सड़क और खुले क्षेत्रों की कुल प्रकाश व्यवस्था में से 25 प्रतिशत व्यवस्था सौर उर्जा से की जाएगी। इन कॉलोनियों के भवनों और मकानों में सौर ऊर्जा आधारित गर्म जल संयंत्र की स्थापना का प्रावधान भी करना होगा।
छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य अक्षय ऊर्जा विकास अभिकरण  के अनुसार   कॉलोनियों में सौर ऊर्जा प्रणाली को अनिवार्य करने वाला छत्तीसगढ़ देश का पहला राज्य होगा।

सौर ऊर्जा से संचालित पहला ATM

भारतीय स्टेट बैंक 'एसबीआई' ने बिजली संकट के कारण एटीएम मशीन के संचालन में आने वाली दिक्कत से निजात पाने के लिए सौर उर्जा का प्रयोग शुरू किया है|
मध्यप्रदेश के होशंगाबाद जिले के प्रसिद्ध पर्यटन स्थल पचमढी के नजदीक के पिपरिया स्टेशन पर एसबीआई ने आटोमेंटेड टेलर मशीन 'एटीएम' के लिए एक लाख 38 हजार रूपए लागत का सोलर सिस्टम लगाया है| इससे ग्राहकों को 24 घंटें रूपए निकालने में आसानी होगी जो कि बिजली कटौती के कारण संभव नहीं था|
बैंक के सूत्रों के अनुसार  सोलर सिस्टम से संचालित होने वाला संभवत यह देश का पहला एटीएम होगा| यह आगामी दो-तीन दिन में कार्य आरंभ कर देगा| बैंक ने एटीएम मशीन में लगा बिजली का कनेक्शन कटवा दिया है जिससे बैंक को प्रतिमाह छह हजार रूपए की बचत होगी| यह राशि सोलर सिस्टम के रख रखाव में खर्च की जाएगी|

ज्ञातव्य है कि इस एटीएम से रोजाना लगभग छह लाख रूपए की राशि निकाली जाती है| बिजली कटौती के कारण मशीन केवल 13 घंटे तक ही काम कर रही थी, जिससे पिपरिया के समीप प्रसिद्ध पर्यटन स्थल पचमढी आने वाले पर्यटकों को परेशानियों का सामना करना पडता था|
सौर उर्जा से एटीएम मशीन में लगी बैटरियों को चार्ज करेगा जिससे मशीन काम करेगी|
इस तरह का सिस्टम विद्युत कटौती वाले क्षेत्रों में सभी बैंकों में लगना चाहिए जिससे ग्राहकों को निर्बाध सुविधा मिल सके|

ELECTRIFYING BIHAR BY SOLAR ENERGY

Among all states of India, it is probably Bihar which can benefit most by the solar electrification, as of now many part of the state are such where grid connectivity is neither easy nor viable and solar energy systems provide the perfect answer to that, one can say that access to these areas is a main hurdle, true, but I reckon that it will be if only one agency is looking after the operations, fortunately in Bihar there are various NGOs active and doing a great job, so much so that the market is company driven rather than govt. initiatives, as we can see from the attached  diagram, the state has tremendous potential for micro finance and solution of power crises is easier than it looks.

Organizations like Aga Khan Trust have been coming up with innovative products such as mobile charging stations. There is huge potential for renewable energy technologies, as of today the poor have to spend a significant amount of their income on traditional, inefficient and unhealthy sources like firewood, cow dung cakes, candles, kerosene and batteries for lighting and cooking purposes, this represent a significant market. They are in dire need for solution and are willing to pay for it if the system is designed as per their priorities. It has now been proven that the so called “poor” section of the society has a good payback record when it comes to microfinance that is because the system focuses on the very basic need and aims to make an individual, empowered.
