Organizations like Aga Khan Trust have been coming up with innovative products such as mobile charging stations. There is huge potential for renewable energy technologies, as of today the poor have to spend a significant amount of their income on traditional, inefficient and unhealthy sources like firewood, cow dung cakes, candles, kerosene and batteries for lighting and cooking purposes, this represent a significant market.
